All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

AETHEL VOW may contact customers to verify order details, delivery information or payment-related information.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, the customer will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Certain products may be offered in limited quantities. Restocking is subject to availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

AETHEL VOW currently offers free standard shipping on all orders within its supported delivery areas in India.

Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, operational circumstances and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customers may request an eligible return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible exchanges include size exchanges and product exchanges, subject to availability.

Products must be returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging.

This policy does not restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may instead follow the applicable return process after delivery.

No unfair cancellation charges will be imposed.
